The incorporation of the company was in 2018 by Thabo Isaac Nchabeleng after spending many years in various sectors like construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and mining. The registration of his recruitment & supply business at CIPC was under the company name Maligann Impressions (Pty) Ltd.
